The Article reveals the content ofthe concept ofnon-material motivation ofthe staff, what goals it carries out and the ways of its implementation. Among the bright advantages of non - material motivation of employees is healthy competition in the team and unity of all employees. There are four types of non-material motivation on which managers rely: social motivation, psychological motivation, moral motivation and organizational motivation Any company can apply different methods of motivation, regardless of the number of employees or volume of production. The use of various methods of motivation contribute not only to increase the productivity of employees of the organization, but also increase the efficiency of the organization as a whole. There is also the fact that it is the use of non-material motivation that allows you to see a person from the other side and help him uncover unused resources. The difficulty of using this method of influencing the activities of employees lies in the fact that it is not always possible for the manager to choose a method depending on the individual characteristics of a person.
