Consultants as an occupational category take a leading part in a consulting company’ operation. Quality of services rendered depends not only on personal properties and expert knowledge of a specific consultant, but on the efficiency of individual performance of every expert advice rendered. Efficiency and high quality of the work outcomes directly depends on incentives offered to consultants.
