The study examines the occupation policies and labor exploitation of collective farm workers in the southern regions of Russia under the GermanFascist regime. The aim of the study is to analyze the tactics of GermanFascist exploitative policies directed against Soviet kolkhoz peasants during the occupation period in southern Russia. The article synthesizes and scrutinizes the systematic exploitation strategies employed by the GermanFascist command concerning the labor resources of the southern Soviet territories. Particular attention is paid to the tactics of oppression inflicted upon rural populations, based on a comparative review of archival materials from the Krasnodar Krai and Rostov Oblast. It is emphasized that the study highlights the inherent contradictions within the “Green Folder” policy regarding the local populace, as well as the miscalculations of the German leadership, which relied on collaboration with kulaks and the socalled “new Cossacks” through methods of property bribery. Moreover, the article underscores numerous manifestations of inhumanity directed at the civilian population, alongside the heroic resilience and steadfastness of the Soviet peasantry in their resistance against the occupiers.
