Improper enforcement of parental rights: issues of criminal liability and prevention

Бесплатный доступ

Modern legislation broadly addresses the issue of parents' compliance with their responsibilities to children. Failure to perform or improper performance is strictly punishable by law, and an unscrupulous parent is punished. In addition to penalties, the state is developing preventive measures to reduce the improper exercise of parental rights in relation to the child, as well as developing a system of measures for educational and rehabilitative social work with negligent parents.
