Necessary defense and extreme necessity as a way of self-defense of civil rights

The paper examines the concepts of "necessary defense" and "extreme necessity", reveals their content from the standpoint of civil law, and also provides examples of the use of such methods of self-defense of civil rights. The conditions that are necessary for the use of necessary defense and extreme necessity are also investigated, with an analysis of the possibility of the onset of civil consequences.
