The phenomenon of psychological safety in scientific literature

Psychological safety is an important factor in the harmonious development of the individual in the social environment: work, education, activities of interest. However, in our opinion, there are insufficient theoretical studies of approaches to psychological safety. The purpose of our work is to study the approaches to psychological safety of domestic and foreign researchers. To achieve this goal, the method of analysis, synthesis, comparison and generalization of data is used. In the course of the study, the concept of psychological safety was clarified.
