The article studies the issue of nutritional therapy outsourcing in health resort organizations. The author notes that advantages of nutritional therapy outsourcing include improvement of food quality and nutrition management in the health resort organizations, significant reduction of costs associated with this operation, considerable cutting of rates of health resort packages.
