The article provides a justification for the need for a financial strategy in promoting the company's services. One of the important factors for the survival of enterprises in difficult economic conditions is an increase in demand for their products and services. This can be achieved in various ways, including the development of programs to promote services, subsidies for customers, the expansion of preferential loans, etc., which will stimulate consumer purchasing demand and the development of companies. And for this, an action plan is needed to implement these measures, in particular, to provide the company with financial resources and manage them, which indicates the need to develop a competent financial strategy. The article discusses the directions and provides an approximate financial strategy of the company in the promotion of services.
