The need to forma motivational package in enterprises

In this article the different theories of staff motivation are considered. The problem of various interpretation by the employer and employees of the expected results from introduction and realization of a system of motivation at the enterprise is revealed. We will see need of use the different tools of motivation in relation to different categories of personnel is proved. By results of the carried-out work as authors the conclusion is drawn on need of application of motivational packages at the enterprises.
