Necessary of the state support of the regional industrial complex

In article the historical way of development of an industrial complex in Russia in the conditions of transition to market economy is described. The assessment is given to a condition of the industry in the Volgograd region at the moment, the condition of the largest enterprises of area is briefly considered. According to the provided information a number of the measures capable to strengthen in our opinion an industrial complex of the region is offered.
