Necessity and problems of the Russian financial sector modernization

In the article possibilities of modernization of the Russian financial sector for the purpose of a transition to sustainable development trajectory are considered. Questions of the Bank of Russia division on two constituents- a monetary regulator and the part which is responsible for creation of macroprudential supervision system are mentioned. Questions of state-owned banks share growth in Russian banking system, establishments of the adequate minimum level of capital and creation of three-level bank system are considered.
