Necessity and ability to overcome the depressed state of the Republic of Kalmykia

Based on the statistical data analysis for the first decade the economic depression of the Republic of Kalmykia in comparison with the neighboring regions is presented. However internal reserves of the republic in overcoming depression and transition to the steady growth and development are revealed. These reserves are further increasing the production of meat and milk.
