The article is devoted to remuneration systems in banks and describes major issues which may appear in this area. The purpose is to emphasize the need to amend existing practice remuneration obligations like bonus deferral, disclosure principals, special payment structure, etc., of compensation system implementation in credit organisations. The fact is that current systems are not sufficient for effective negative issues prevention, which arise as a result of bank’s employees misconduct. The article has an overview of new approach which has already been implemented in many countries regarding executives’ payments, personnel risk classification. Still complex points of the topic under discussion require additional review and enhancement due to today's economic and financial situation in the world.
