Need of legal regulation of activity of subjects of natural monopolies

In article problems of legal regulation of activity of subjects of natural monopolies are considered. Characteristics of domestic natural monopolies are analysed. It is revealed and is reasonable that functional characteristics of natural monopolies dictate to the state use in her relation of various mechanisms of regulation, such as: price, antimonopoly, technical, regulation of entry into the market; in case of the solution of important social tasks - subsidizing.
