The necessity of psychological design for successful religious socialization in Cossack educational institutions

The article analyzes the processes of religious socialization and the formation of religious identity of the Cossack youth of the Krasnodar Territory within the framework of the program of "continuous Cossack education" in educational institutions of the region. Theoretical and practical developments of domestic and foreign researchers of religious identity are involved, the basics of the successful process of religious socialization within the framework of the theory of sociology of knowledge are described. The results of an empirical study of the level of churching of Cossack youth conducted by the Union of Cossack Youth of Kuban using the "Ch-index" method by V. F. Chesnokova in 2023 are presented. It is concluded about the need for psychological design as part of the implementation of successful religious socialization.
