Need of implementation of the program of resettlement for the monoindustrial city

The article is devoted to the resettlement program in the Russian Federation. An example of the program of the village Birch Grove, the city of Prokopyevsk, Kemerovo region is given. An analysis has been carried out that showed that the village is not promising, and requires the resettlement of residents from dilapidated and dilapidated housing.
