Currently, the main problem of housing and utilities are not inflated tariffs for services, but the fact that modern people are not able to manage their consumer behavior. The economic entity needs housing and communal services, and the difficult economic situation and tariff changes have a negative impact on the attitude towards enterprises engaged in this sector. In addition, society focuses on reality through the prism of social stamps - a deceiver and a villain, or a hero and savior, etc. Housing and communal services awarded the social role of the deceiver and villain - this is exactly what became the trap in which this industry fell, so its main task today is to form a positive image.
