The need for the stage of the excitation of criminal case in the criminal process of Russia

The article discusses certain aspects of the need for the stage of initiation of a criminal case in the criminal procedure of the Russian Federation, provides separate points of view of process scientists, notes the positive and negative aspects of the presence of this stage, and also analyzes the statistics of refusals to initiate criminal cases.
