The article substantiates the need to introduce the modern instruments and methods of the marketing in order to ensure the sustainable economic development, to form the demand for innovation, the use of which will contribute to the development of new relationships and a new outlook, a new development system benefitting all the humankind. The author defines the sustainable development concept, substantiates the necessity of innovation introduction in enterprises, as well as the need to elaborate a new program of development of the world community built on the basis of new principles and the paradigm that takes into account the development laws.
