Necessary conditions of unified theories formation in physics today

The philosophical and methodological conditions of unified physical theory formation are formulated as a hypothesis. The hypothesis had been applied to the analysis of the most «successful» unified theories (super-string theory and loop quantum gravity). It was found that the string theory and loop quantum gravity satisfy the following essential philosophical and methodological conditions: there is a fundamental unified object (on-tological condition), continuity and high level symmetries (epistemological condition), unification of mathematical language and standardizing of measurement procedures (methodological condition). Since both unified theories are not the final versions of the solution to the unification problem despite the fact that they fulfil necessary conditions, so far the main conclusion of the article is that these necessary conditions are not sufficient.
