Neo token in scientific speech and their role in the scientific style

The given paper is devoted to the study of neo token in scientific texts on the basis of a number of scientific and popular scientific Russian-language online publications: journals "Internaca", "Business Informatics", "Naked Science". We are considering such an important problem of linguistics as the concept of neo token in modern scientific research. The methods and reasons for of neo token formation are considered. By using continuous sampling method was selected group of neo token in scientific texts. The word-formation models of neo token on sampling material was analyzed.
