Neologisms in legal discourse

In recent years, in connection with the development of science, culture, technology, and industry, changes have occurred in the vocabulary of languages, expressed in the appearance of new words and phrases that serve as the names of new objects, phenomena, concepts. Neologisms, which have become units of the language, eventually enter dictionaries that reflect the current state of the vocabulary.
