Uncertainty of the concept “environmental information” in implementing the right of citizens to a favorable environment

The article discusses the legal regulation of citizens' right to reliable environmental information. Despite the fact that Russian legislation contains a lot of legal norms that enshrine and specify the right of everyone to a favorable environment, this right remains unfulfilled. The question of ambiguity and uncertainty of the concept of "environmental information" is also raised.
