Non-political resources of the political: on dynamic models in the methodology of studying and implementing intercultural communication

The article discusses non-political (social and socio-cultural) prerequisites for creating new opportunities in the political sphere of information and communication society. As a means of realizing these opportunities, the author proposes dynamic models used in the methodology of studying and implementing intercultural communication.
