Direct object of a crime and its place in the classification of crime objects

The criteria of the classification of objects of a crime are considered in the article. When objects of the crime are classified 'horizontally', we mean the classification of the notions 'object of crime' as an element of a structure. The 'horizontal' classification of objects of the crime is based on the correlation of the following categories: 'general', 'common', 'special', 'single'characterized as the 'separate' features of the certain individual matters.
