The problem of ensuring professionalization and preparing students for professional activities in real practice conditions is currently of particular relevance. Society requires competitive graduates with a set of general and professional competencies. They are able to perform professional activities efficiently, independently navigate the flow of changing information, compare, analyze, and find the best solutions against the backdrop of uncertainty and variability, the development of technology, information technology, and society. The solution to the problem is possible in the context of a multifunctional educational model of a college; the effectiveness of this professionalization process was presented within the framework of the activities of the regional innovation platform based on the Magnitogorsk Pedagogical College from 2020 to 2023. The article provides a practical justification for the process of continuous professionalization in the context of a multifunctional educational model of the college.
