The article considers the ways and means of organising lifelong education as a factor of active human longevity. It presents the experience of organising trainings for citizens of pre-retirement age in the framework of the national project “Demography”. The article proves the effectiveness of the model of personified advanced training and professional retraining, targeted and continuing professional education.
