"Неслучайно" as an interphrasal joint with consequential semantics

The following article analyzes the lexeme неслучайно ‘not by chance, not accidentally’ as a means of expression of ‘obligate result’ relations in text. It is viewed as an interphrasal joint with consequential semantic, for which an initial position at the absolute start of a sentence is typical. Issues of conjoint / separate spelling of the lexeme случайно with a particle / prefix не are discussed, and criteria for choice of conjoint spelling are offered: initial, middle or final position in the sentence, fact verification or affirmation, relations between left and right contexts, syntactic function, etc.
