Minor persons as direct objects of the operative-detective activity of the bodies of the interior

The article deals with issues related to the problem of the spread of crime among teenagers and its «rejuvenation». The necessity of expansion of direct object of operative-detective activity is argued due to the decline of the age of persons in respect of which its realization is needed. The classification of such persons is based on the age criteria.
