Transitional Russian economy and evaluation activities

The author presents book of V.N. Livshits, and S. V. Livshits «System analysis of time-dependent economy of Russia (1992-2009): market reforms, the crisis, the investment policy», which appeared in the publishing house «Poly Print Service» in 2010. Concludes that the analysis of transitional Russian economy during the period from 1992 to 2009 carried out on a high professional level and the data as a result of the recommendations are justified and useful, including a narrow professional point of view.
