The article considers thermal and diffusion problems for an axially symmetric cathode of low temperature plasma generators. The main problem in the article is based on the solution of two-dimensional equations of heat conduction, current continuity and diffusion of activators with nonlinear boundary conditions for the system insert - clip, taking into account all major types of energy exchange with the environment.
