The comparative assessment of efficacy of combined modality treatment including various regimens of fractionation of preoperative magneto-radiation therapy was carried out. Unconventional regimens of fractionation of preoperative magneto-radiation therapy was found to contribute to the improvement of long-term treatment results and decrease in the incidence of postoperative complications for laryngeal cancer patients.
