Non-traditional approach to the known facts of number theory and the search for simple solutions of important problems of arithmetic on its base

An attempt of Kroneckers study to examine some common problems in number theory, which in wide terms relates to the general theory of solutions of diophantine equations. Such an elementary approach to some wellknown facts, quadratic forms of the number almost directly can be transferred to the case of the integral rings of Euclid (when we have a division with the remainder). In this formulation the widely known results (for example, Fermat-Euler theorem) are simply obtained, and also some new concerning quadratic forms as the same, and doubled or tripled, in particular.
