Unsatisfactory assessment of "garbage reform" from owners of municipal solid waste

Despite the need and preparation for the reform of solid municipal waste management in Russia, its beginning is overshadowed by non-payments of the population to the regional operator, which threatens the continuation of the reform. The author believes that this is a passive protest to the desire of the organizers of the reform to impose its financial burden on the population of the country. Information support of the reform is also criticized. The article presents some examples of social practices developed during the implementation of the reform.
