Uniform constitution. The beginning of Mongolia’s constitutional development

The article offers a new view of the history of Mongolia’s constitutional construction. The path of creating Mongolia’s first written Constitution was full of various obstacles. A new approach to the concept of constitution, the diversity of its forms allows us to reflect the fullness of political, ideological, legal and moral factors that influenced the historical choice of the path of development of Mongolian statehood and law. The article shows how the Mongols sought to create and consolidate a number of legislative acts in order to implement an unified Constitution based on certain legal facts. We have analyzed the content of these documents and attempted to explain them from the perspective of the nature and ideals of the constitution. Our main objective is to introduce a new idea to the established opinion among researchers and start a discussion.
