The aim of the study was to investigate the effectiveness of a comprehensive approach to the diagnosis and treatment of autoimmune diseases of the nervous system. The research tasks included analyzing clinical manifestations, using molecular markers and neuroimaging methods, as well as evaluating therapeutic strategies in patients with autoimmune diseases. The study included 150 patients, aged 18 to 65, who sought medical care at clinics in Nizhny Novgorod in 2024. The methods used included clinical examinations, laboratory tests (antibody analysis, cerebrospinal fluid examination), neuroimaging (MRI, CT), and molecular tests. The results showed that early diagnosis and individually tailored therapy, including biological drugs and immunomodulators, led to improvement in clinical condition and disease stabilization. The influence of molecular markers on diagnosis and treatment confirmed the hypothesis regarding the significance of a comprehensive approach.
