Illegal drug production: development of methodology in the context of digital transformation

The article argues that the illegal production of narcotic drugs, in the conditions of digital transformation, is mainly carried out by organized criminal groups, including entities performing the functions of an organizer, «chemist», «supplier», «courier», «operator»; is interconnected with subsequent acts: illegal sale and legalization of drug proceeds; is carried out in compliance with increased measures conspiracy (using accounts, messengers with end-to-end encryption Signal, VIPole, WickrMe, Jabber, a remote system of proxy servers of TOR, VPN, I2P networks; digital currency, «drug constructors», caches for transferring the necessary laboratory equipment and receiving finished products); using pre-precursors and «designer» precursors. A set of conclusions and proposals aimed at forming an evidence base is presented.
