Illegal entrepreneurship in Russia: problems of qualification

Problems of qualifying illegal entrepreneurship the responsibility for which is provided for by Article 171 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation are considered in the article. It is noted that determining correlation between Part 1 of Article 171 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and certain related corpora delicti is the most difficult thing in solving problems of qualifying as well as in cases of its competition with other norms. Various points of view on the issue under consideration are analyzed by the author; his own opinion is expressed in the article.
