Illegal carrying out artificial interruption of pregnancy: differentiation problems from adjacent structures

Purpose: Research of questions of qualification of artificial interruption of pregnancy. Methodology: Formal-legal method were used. Results: In article the analysis of features of differentiating criteria of illegal production of abortion and adjacent crime components taking into account rules of qualification and materials of court practice is performed. Novelty/originality/value: Article has the high scientific and practical value as is modern attempt of consideration of an actual legal problem.
