The article analyzes the problems, arising in law enforcement practice and theory because of complexity of definition a subject of crimes, provided by item 242 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Illegal distribution of pornographic materials or objects) and item 242.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Manufacturing and turn of materials and objects with pornographic images of juveniles).
