The paper looks at the illegal resource supply arrangement approval in terms of criminal law, while the interests of some market stakeholders are violated. The author emphasizes that resource supply arrangement is crucial for the successful development of entrepreneurship in the resource supply system of a settlement. The violation of the entrepreneurship subjects’ rights by illegal provisions being introduced in the resource supply arrangement pattern can terminate or limit the activities of the resource supply organizations. This deed can be considered to be an illegal interference in their activities, which is a criminal act described in the Article 169 of the RF Criminal Code. The study concludes that these deeds should have stricter prosecution, and law enforcement practices concerning more precise classification of a crime should be improved.
