The article highlights the experience of the Centralized library system of Orel in monitoring user satisfaction with the quality of receiving specialized services. The results of consumer surveys on independent quality assessment conducted in 2016 and 2019, which showed an increased level of their satisfaction with the quality of library and information services, are presented.
