Independent assessment of qualifications as an analogue of obtaining education in the context of the application of professional standards

The article discusses the possibility of replacing education by passing the procedure of an independent assessment of qualifications in the context of the application of professional standards. Conclusions are drawn about the possibility of such a system within the framework of labor legal relations, however, it is recognized that it is impossible to recognize it as publicly available.
