Void transaction: problems of consequences

The article critically investigates the practice of lawsuit settling on applying the consequences of invalidity for void transaction in the form of refunding towards each party everything obtained in deal by the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Bashkortostan. It is proved that working legislative norm on possibility of acknowledging the void transaction as invalid, has become obsolete and needs to be updated
