"Nicholas Nickleby" by Charles Dickens and problems of genre of the novel of education

The article is dedicated to the consideration of genre peculiarities of the term 'the novel of education'. It is shown on the example of «The Life and Anventures of Nicholas Nickleby» by Charles Dickens. The article gives the definition of this term and shows its specificity. Special attention is paid to the basic genre's aspects and the structure of the novel by Charles Dickens.
