Nizhny Novgorod pages of legal heritage of professor V.P. Reutov

The article is made in memory of Professor V.P. Reutov of Perm State University and is devoted to three main issues. The article demonstrates V.P. Reutov’s considerable contribution to the development of scientific schools of Nizhny Novgorod Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
