Nociceptive sensibility of rats with different prognostic stability to stress

In this research we considered a possible connection of genetically predefined pain reactivity and stress reactivity. According to the registration of nociceptive indication among the rats with different prognostic stability to stress, the resistant and predisposed to stress rats showed the highest level of it. In contrast, the ambivalent ones showed higher level of nociceptive sensibility. Probably, nociceptive sensibility may be connected with peculiarity of zoo-social status of different individuals, which are based on specific molecular and neurochemical characteristics of neurons of emoticon hypothalamic-limbic-reticular structures.
