Nordmannia latior (Lepidoptera, Lycaenidae) in Buryatia

The data on the biology of rare Transbaikal-Amur-Primoryen species listed in the Red book of the Transbaikal Region, Nordmannia latior (Fixsen, 1887) in Buryatia are presented. The findings were made in surrounding villages Selenduma (Selenginsky area) and Tapkhar (Ivolginsky area) within the North-Western border of distribution of the peripheral, Daur-Mongolian species - Rhamnus erytroxylon. The distribution of this butterflies species is directly dependent on the area of this forage plant.
