Normativism and legal positivism in the "internal statutory acts" researching: the defects of the theories

The article shows the normativism and legal positivism ideas influence upon the doctrine of internal statutory acts in Russian jurisprudence. Defectiveness of the interior rule-making obligatory state authorizing theory in the modern political, legal and economic conditions is substantiated. The author concludes that there is a need to use the achievements of the sociological school of law in the analyzing phenomenon reassessment process.
