The normative framework for ensuring the right to health in Russia after the 1917 revolution

The article is devoted to the development of the national normative provision of health protection in the period of the Soviet power. The article deals with the basic regulatory legal acts regulating the protection of health and providing medical care in the Soviet Union. It is noted that for a long time the Ministry of Internal Affairs has been engaged in public health issues. The activities of the medical department are considered in detail.
